Agile project-management tool [on hold]

I used to work with a team a year ago, so they used some
project-management software. All I remember is that it looked like a list
with each task being a green line, each task had approximate time to
acomplish (they were setting it in hours). So to add new task they pressed
new task button, entered short description and time in hours, after that
it was in the list. It also was easy to drag these items in list to change
their order. Task page was also showing total hours planned. Main color of
it was green.
I am sorry for such a strange description, but it is really all that I
remember. Can you please help me reminding this tool name? Thank you alot!

It's something really close to OnTime, but not it.
